The Six  Leadership Improvement Platforms
        
  Everybody has the possibility to be a leader in his personal management and his social environment. It means, leadership sense can be found in every single person, because it actually comes to somebody when he started his life from zero growth. For example, for children, they often play many games and toys, intentionally they use their leadership sense to manage and solve the problems on their games, aren’t they? Unconsciously, they operate their mind and apply it into the real games. It’s so funny for listening up, but that’s happening. However, THE leader is urgently needed for every person. Because it will be a tool for everyone to manage and organize a little thing until the big one. Especially leader in a team, he strongly must have a great and excellent ability to lead his member well. THE Team leader has to build up his capability to make his company runs high performance and can grow bigger and faster.
To be a good leader, surely there are some development platforms to improve his team performance. Here are the great six leadership improvement platforms that can be applied by a leader for his team or company.

1.                  Education
Studying and learning are the most important for every person. Both of them are very necessary needed by all the people who want to grow and life better, especially for a leader. THE Leader has to provide a learning center for his employees because it will give many sciences and knowledge. If he provides a better education for them, his company would grow up better. Because a better and qualified company also caused by its employees. At least, this learning activity can give three big effects, the employees have many knowledge (know), have capabilities (can grow), and the employees’ mind will be operated to do something better (want). If the employees are smart, brilliant, and have a good attitude, the company would be developing enough. 
2.                  Empowerment
The foundation for every leader to develop his company to be better is a willingness to give a trust to the others. Here is that empowerment can be applied. But unfortunately, many leaders can’t apply this platform for his company because most of them feel scared that their company will be corrupt. It’s true that empowerment is very difficult to do and just little leader can do this one. However, empowerment has strong energy to make the employees feel trusted and being more confident to improve their skill and ability for a company. Also, this platform is very useful for a leader to help manage and delegation for other jobs. So, the leader does not feel hard and complicated to do a job alone. He can delegate his worker to join and manage the other jobs and he can finish the others. It’s a very nice platform.
3.                  Engagement
Closeness and involvement are also very important for leaders and both of them must be OWNED by the leaders.  It’s usually called Engagement. Closeness is the type of personal communication which is basically done by the leader to their employees. Indeed, this platform has strong energy to make a great and nice communication with the employees. If the company’s director has a closeness with his employees, so fast it would create a powerful emotional communication each other.  Oftentimes, the high advancement of the company caused by good and strong emotional connection between the director and employee.
While the involvement also plays a great role in a company. It means the involvement of director for his professional participating in the company is certainly needed to bring his company develop and grow in high quality. The director should have experienced to his major and be fully responsible for his company and employees.  
4.                  Execution
After OVER three platforms have been applied by a leader, the next step that should the leader do is execution. Without this platform the leader’s management will be nothing. Because, this is called a AN operation or something like a real action to do. The best leader is want to realize his plan and he will take all of the responsibility for a good movement. The leader has never given up, although he ever falls down in times.  Regardless of the fail times, he will stand hold and rise for the better one, cause the leader has many responsible ideas to be done.
5.                  Evaluation
Every leader wants to be a successful person in his performance. Every leader wants the company grows and moves forward toward over the world. Indeed, for every leader should have some measurements which become the benchmark for his success. So that’why, every leader has to do an evaluation to measure the level of the company reached. With this platform the leader can monitor the growth of the company that is the company getting profit or no. Evaluation can be done in every week, month, or year, based on the director’s decision.
6.                  Excitement
Perhaps, this type of the six platforms is very strange for most people, especially leaders. Why I strongly say like that? Let’s see, in daily factual life, there are many leaders only think and talk about profit and benefit obtained from a trade or a work. They seldom even never think about the happiness and excitement of their worker or employees. Whereas, happiness actually can make the company grow more productively. Why it can be happening? Because the excitement will give a powerful spirit to the employees and they will always be encouraged to do some jobs. As can be imagined, how if the employees do not get the excitement when they are doing a job? Surely, the company will be not productive even stopped. Like Alexandra Kjerulf, chief happiness officer and founder Woohoo Inc, said that “Happiness is ultimate productivity booster”. It means, happy people work better with others, have more energy, more creative, optimistic, motivated, and healthy, worry less about making mistakes (then actually make fewer mistakes), earn faster, and make better decisions.
That’s all the six leadership improvement platform that can be taken and applied to the team or company. I think those platforms are very good and have many advantages for who wants to be a good leader or who is the leader now.  Always keep a good movement and develop it to high level.
